2.11 explain, in terms of dissociation, why hydrogen chloride is acidic in water but not in methylbenzene

2.11 •if HCL is dissolved in an organic solvent like methylbenzene, it doesn't dissociate 
                  •this means that there are no H+ ions produced, so it’s not acidic
